After ordering and paying for a sample of the skincare product in December 2011 the amounts below were debited from my account. My understanding was that subsequent to the purchase of the sample, a direct debit would be set up from my account for further prchase but that I was under no obligation to fulfil any further purchase amounts and that I could cancel the direct debit payment at any time. There was never a direct debit set up from my account to enable me to cancel and the amounts as detailed were debited subsequently without my authority:
