TOSHIBA OFFERS A ONLINE BACKUP PROGRAM FOR PC'S FOR $7.95 A MONTH. AFTER SIGNING UP I FURNISHED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. i COULD NOT ACCESS THE PROGRAM AS THEY DID NOT FURNISH A PASSWORD. I CALLED SEVERAL DIFERENT TIME AND TECH SUPPORT AGAIN TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND IT. I REALLY NEEDED THE BACK UP AS MY COMPUTER WAS SCHEDULED FOR REPAIRS. SO I SIGNED UP WITH CARBONITE AND WAS ABLE TO BACK UP MY PC. TOSHIBA CONTINUES TO DEFRAUD ME CHARGING ME $7.95. i CALLED THE SUPPORT AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEY REFUSED. I ASKED THEM HOW MANY FILES WERE BACKED UP AND THEY SAID NONE. I TOLD THEM I COULD NOT USE THE BACKUP WITHOUT A PASSWORD. THEY SAID THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS. THIS IS AN OUT RIGHT FRAUDULENT ACTION. i JUST WANT MY $15.90 CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. THERE OFFICE IS AT 9740 IRVINE BLVD, IRVINE CA 92618-1697
