I ordered a pair of UGG boots in January, she kept telling me they were on there way but did not turn up, eventually she sent me the wrong boots which were also the wrong size, I returned them, she then said she could not get the boots I wanted would I choose a different pair, so I did that and she said they would be with me soon, they did not turn up and then after sending her a message asking how much longer it would be she blocked me from her facebook, so I had noway of getting back in touch with her
