This is by far the WORST EVER flower arrangement delivery I have every received!!


DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



My husband paid $59.99 for a Deluxe Teleflora's Possibly Pink arrangement, plus another $19.99 for a medium boxed chocolates. Plus shipping and delivery it came to over $83.00.


The arrangement was described on their website as:


"Impossibly pretty. This decidedly feminine arrangement is absolutely delightful.


Perfectly peachy peach spray roses, pink asiatic lilies and miniature carnations, lavender cushion spray chrysanthemums and waxflower, pittosporum and seeded eucalyptus fill an exclusive pink cube. Have one delivered and almost anything's possible"


What I got was a $5.00 bunch of flowers that look like they might last a day!!
1 purple daisy, 1 white daisy, 1 very small white carnation, a large twig, 1 very small red tulip and 1 very small white tulip, 1 very old and small peach roses, 1 even smaller & older pink rose, and a few of those dried up purple weeds.


Each one of these flowers edges are damaged, ripped, bent, scratched. The box they arrived in was soaking wet. They tried to wrap the flowers in plastic wrap and a zip tie to keep the water in.


It didn't work.


The flowers arrived with an ordinary glass vase you may pay $3.00 for at your local grocery store. Not the promised exclusive pink cube.


I understand that it's Valentines Day and every florist is scrambling to meet orders, but Flower Delivery Express didn't even come close to their Substitution Policy:


"Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color."


There was NO care taken to maintain anything from the arrangement pictured online.


The $19.99 boxed chocolates are 9 pieces of very small LOW quality milk & dark chocolate creme filled nastiness.


Their refund policy is in place to save them, it seems they know what low quality they have and are prepared to cover their ass:

"If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately by electronic mail or phone, and we will gladly provide a replacement. Any service charges, handling charges, delivery charges or shipping costs are not refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on any merchandise that is not returned or after its intended use or consumption. Duplicated orders, orders accidentally placed and/or orders cancelled before their scheduled delivery date may be refunded for the product price with a 30% cancelation fee applied."


A reputable company would guarantee your 100% satisfaction. This company is no stranger to disappointing customers with this type of refund policy.
