United Services Group promised to lower the interest rate on my parent's mortgage, so they would no longer have to struggle to make payments. They instructed to not make the mortgage payment because they would be taking over the account w/ the lower rate. In the beginning, they kept in touch. Then, after receiving their fee, (the mortgage amount), the calls from McKensie and Robert stopped & all of the phone numbers listed have a busy signal. Both my father and I have emailed and called the number listed on their website (unitedservicesusa.com/858-777-9583) several times, leaving several messages, and neither of us have yet to receive a response.
I'm livid & sad for my father who is retired and on a fixed income, who was just ripped off. These monsters must be stopped ASAP and monies returned to families who are already suffering this weakened economy. These thieves are preying on hard-working citizens that are trying desperately to stay head-above-water and need to be criminally prosecuted and made to return the money they have stolen.
