International boundaries

Received email claiming to be from Paypal; waited until 7/28 to reply. Filled out form and hit confirm button. Computer went to Bank of A Website immediately. I was suspicious at this point and called Paypal. They said they had not sent this email. I revealed personal info including Soc Sec#. I will send this email and form to you if you let me know how to do it.
