On Feb. 11, 2012 I ordered the healthmaster - I was told that the order did not go thru as there was a problem with my card. I informed them I would call back after checking with my bank. When I checked with the bank, they told me that I had 3 pending amounts of $259.95 from my account for this item. I called the company back and told them that the payments went through not once but three times which was totaling almost 800 dollars. They need to fax my bank and tell them to release my money since I do not have an order with them. It is now February 14th and I still have my money tied up and I contacted them on Monday and Tuesday and they still have not contacted my bank to release the money nor do they have a record of my account. I will not be buying this product and I am very upset about the poor customer service and tying up my money for over 4 days
