I had ordered games and game equipment from them and really did not have a problem. (Wii/XBox and games). They advertise online that they have refurbished iPods for sale (about $25.00 not worth it), and that they work 'as good as new'. They have a whole section of their site dedicated to refurbished Apple products. Don't do it!! They don't work and the company does not replace. They say you have 7 days from purchase, so if you want to be sure when you buy one for Christmas that the person is standing right there the day you receive it and has a chance to try to use it, charge it or whatever so that it can be sent back within the allotted time frame. Don't save the extra $20-$30.00 just get it from a reputable company (new)!!
