I started with a small package and used all of my bids. That was ok but only won a small item. I went on to a bigger package and was playing around with my bids. During that time I won 3 mystery prizes that I never received but made no fuss about that. I then received an email saying that they could not fulfill my orders and refunded my purchases because of vendor problems but I had not ordered anything. I requested that they provide more information but the did not provide the information. After requesting many times what they refunded (they never refunded anything), they took away my bids that I had paid for. I can no longer use my daily spins getting a message saying that the Deelwheel is under repair or someting like that. I have been sending emails every day asking for a refund for the bids they stole from me but never get a reply. They say how much serving their customer is important to them until the customer is not satisfied. Then they just ignore the customer.

I will continue sending daily emails and post my comments on other sites because I do not appreciate being ripped off.
