Purchase date 12/24/2008 -expiration date 2/22/2014 Covered Components include:Engine and Water Pump On 2/6/2012 Vehicle computer read low coolant. I drove my JEEP to DARCARS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE. for repairs or service. A pressure check of the system revealed that the water pump was leaking. And needed to be replaced. I notified Rob Kohrmann of claims: At 800-663-1432 He said i would need all oil change receipts since 12/24/2008. What does a oil change have to do with a water pump!He declined.
