Dalbey offered me all my money back if I did five notes
It has been hard to find a seller of notes. But I finally found one person willing.
Upon trying to do the note deal, I found out there was no answer to my
calls, emaii, or fax .
After checking the internet , there was information of a scam.
(which my husband said from the start.)
