I went to the zbiddy.com site, where I was prompted to register for free. I filled out the first page to register, then was directed to another registration page. The site asked for my credit card number. I thought they just needed it on file in case I won a bid in order to bill me. I filled out the form and clicked "continue." I then received a message thanking me for my purchase. I called my bank and zbiddy.com had charged me $99 for bids I did not authorize. Serious false advertising. When I called customer care, they were rude and unhelpful. They said it would be unethical to give me my money back when they didn't do it for anyone else. I'm a single mom, working and going to school, both full time. I cannot afford to have large sums of money drafted from my bank account without my authorization. Zbiddy.com should be ashamed of themselves and their thieving business practices. I just want my money back. I received nothing in return for my $99 and I want to be reimbursed in real money, not gift cards. They took real money from my account, I want that same real money replaced.
