Ordered a Canon EOS Rebel 3Ti on February 5. Eight days later, the order still hadn't been processed, so I called to talk to them. I was put on hold while customer service called the Canon supplier, and he came back and said they made a mistake and oversold the camera, and that it was now available and would be processed today. We need the camera soon due to a time crunch, so I said they should ship it overnight in order to arrive in the time frame they originally told us. He said they couldn't do that, but it could be shipped in three days. I said I would accept that, but wasn't pleased with it and it would be reflected in my feedback. He said "That's fine sir" and hung up on me.
Not even 5 minutes after hanging up, we got an email saying that they had canceled the order because of "availability," after he just told me it was in stock and would be processed. He canceled it purely out of spite because of my feedback comment. DO NOT BUY FROM bestpricephoto.com, they sell more products than they have in stock and then cancel your order if you complain about it.
