I did all the instructions correctly and nothing happened but a blurry screen. No info other than stuff on my own phone totally screwed me and no way to contact the company directly to fix or get my money back

- I also bought this and it was just a blank fuzzy screen they gave me..when i emailed support they sent me back the same email twice. If you try to call the phone numbers one is to directv and the other disconnected.
