I put money on eztrader for trades. When I made profits I decided to get my money and the profits. I could not make the withdraw of the profits so I surrender the profits to get my $2625.00 then because they did not explain at the beginning any of that I have to invest more than $9,000 to get my money. Well,I fiilled out the withdrawal form from my card and it says in their web that this withdrawal is free and I'll receive my money in 3 days. Then I contacted them again and they said,"technical difficulties" and they asked me for my bank account to make a wire transfer.I provided that info but, I'm still waiting. Everytime I call or chat are excuses that they will let the withdrawal dept know, but that dept do not speak with people they said. Isn't this shady? (Personal Info Removed)

I have the withdrawal form and conversations from their chat regarding my money.
