I ordered the free trial for the skin care range, and on two seperate dates 03 feb, ,05 feb 2012 they have charged me for products I haven't received and without authorisation have charged my credit card. Now I'm left with trying to get this money back.I have also had to cancel my credit card to avoid further annauthorised charges.
