I also sent off for trial samples of the serum and the Cream. That is all I thought I was signing up for. 2 payments of 5.97p went out of my account on 16th Jan 2012. I received the good but did not particularly like them, found the cream far too greasy. Thought nothing more of it except that I would not be buying any more. Checked my account today and on 8th Feb 19.97p has been taken out of my account. 60.02p on the 9th and 74.95p on the 10th. Have rung my bank and because I gave my card details to this company they can not stop them taking any more payments. I have rung the company and they say they no nothing of the 19.97p payment but admit to taking the rest. I have told them I do not want any more cream and to not take any more money out of my account. When I looked at the terms and conditions I had actually signed up to receive this cream every month! This is not made clear in the first instance in the original advert so please beware. I am still awiating a confirmaton e-mail from them to say I have cancelled any further products. the only other sensible option is to close my account and all the farce that goes alomg with this. the number I rang is 08081787320. The call centre was answered by an american lady so don't know if they are actually based in America or not? Hope this has been of help to other people caught up in this scam.
