I applied for a free sample of their skin care range from the internet and had to pay postage & packing of £2.97.
I got the product and thought no more presuming that after the month's trial product they would probably bombard me with emails to buy at full price.
However, they have taken a further 3 transactions from my credit card totalling £205.94. I have stopped my credit card and reported to my card issuer and filed a dispute but it looks unlikely I will get the money back - how stupid do I feel!
