Subject: Won auction 298574 Merchandise not received
I won this auction for a Canon XH-A1S 3CCD HDV High Definition
Professional Camcorder with 20x HD Video Zoom Lens III For the
professionals who require a smaller, lighter weight HD camcorder. I paid for the item Jan. 9, 2012. According to your information, I should have received the item in 14 days from the date of payment, which should have been January 23, 2012. Since it has now been over 3 weeks, I am becoming concerned. If the item has been shipped, please furnish a date and tracking number. For your information, I am furnishing the following information where you were paid $64.28 via my Bank of America Master Card for the auction I won for $64.28.

This is a $3000.00 Camcorder

Here is the lame answer after many followups on my part:

After an internal investigation prompted by the fact you contacted us about an auction you said you had won but our system showed us was won by someone else, we have discovered it was caused by a system error, where your account was incorrectly updated, which then caused the system to accept your payment for the auction.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, that auction has been declared faulty, used bids have been restored, and your payment has been refunded.

The 11 bids you used on this auction have been restored to your account, plus 50 bonus bids for this inconvenience.
We have also issued a full refund of the $64.28 you paid after the system erroneously listed you as the winner of the auction.

We sincerely apologize for this error and have taken steps to prevent this from happening again.

One would have to be an idiot to believe this lame answer. Obviously, this item did not sell high enough ($) and they are just not going to honor the deal. As of today, no refund. I am not stupid enough to ever bid on this site again.

Update: 02/12/2012

Additionally, I have reported to my credit card company, numerous fraudulent credit card charges. A scan of my credit card statement is provided for a sample of several of the charges
