The company delivered the mop without requiring a signature for delivery. Since it is a city and I live in an apartment building, someone took it as it was left in the lobby. UPS said this is policy unless the shipper requires a signature. The option to get a signature was not given to me when ordering and if it was I never would have ordered it in the first place, knowing it wouldn't have been safe!
