I purchased 2 pots of suspect cream for £2.95 each, they arrieved with a delivery note. After using for 1 week broke out in huge 'pox' like spots on my face and neck. There is a 100% guarantee logo on their site . Until today I was unaware of the £75.00 they had taken out of my account, being informed by my bank that they had a lot of calls regarding this company and could'nt be classed as fraud as there is a clause in the small print that is not mentioned therefore mis-leading customers such as myself and countless others. Does anyone have any information on the positive side? Ref getting our cash back? I have of course e-mailed the company to no avail. My first call on Monday morning 13th Feb 2012 will be to the Trading Standards. Carole Jeffries Blackpool England
