When browsing the internet, an ad popped up for anti-wrinkle cream - "Mom outsmarts botox doctors" $6.00, etc. On 01/10/2012 I purchased the cream online and was offered an eye cream free sample along with the initial purchase. The creams arrived within about 3 weeks, without any company labelling or instructions for us. On checking my back statement today, I saw two unauthorised transactions for creams, totalling $120.00, one month after the initial purchase. Now I want to know how to stop this money being taken out of my account!

- I fell for the tooth whitening version of this scam two years ago (believe me, it's exactly the same). The only way I could stop the payments was to cancel my credit card and get a new one with a new number. I was not able to get back the stolen money.
