I spent $133.20 exactly on Gold for a video game online. The website says that they have the best customer service, yet I can't even get a good response from the Chinese person on the live chat. When she did reply she told me to send photo evidence of my credit card and I.D. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that's illegal to ask for? Also, when I asked for a phone number she gave me a fake one that does not work. It was, 1-595-042-8096.
