In August of 2010 I talked to Terrie Wertz about investing a small amount of money that had no risk & that would earn me more money than CDs or savings accounts. Mrs Wertz suggested in investing in municiple bonds with Franklin Templeton so I invested $5,000.00 dollars. About 2 months later I discovered I was out over $200.00 dollars and when I confronted Mrs Wertz about this she then told me there was a fee which was not disclosed to me before I made the investment. Complaining to Mrs Wertz and PNC bank did no good so I closed all accounts with the bank. In the end I was out $245.59. I see Mrs Wertz is now working for Ameriprise Financial in Canton, Ohio.
