A man called said he was from my periodical company and I had won a sweepstakes. I would receive 3 free magazines and a diamond watch. They already had all my credit information. They asked which credit card did I want to use for payment I told them I was not paying for anything, they said it was for shipping and handling $3.00, I hung up. 5 minutes later I recieved an email from one of my credit cards that a charge was made for $66.41 from Old West Publications, I immediately called and had the charges removed and cancelled my card.
They called me back 5 times that same day because the charge was removed. I never received a magazine at all or a watch. Now they call me everyday saying I owe the money. I have reported them the BBB and Texas Attorney General and to my attorney
