i agreed to have the free trial, ok'd them to take $6. However in the next month two payments were taken. i contacted them as i did receive the trial offer sample. not that it worked. so i contacted them to cancelled and amazingly i got my money back. i emailed the support team . that worked for me . give it a try. they ask you to ring a number in your city. im from new zealand.they say they will refund within 30 days of them duducting the money. good luck all
