I have been on here before as like every one else I too fell into this trap. I DID get my money back. E-mail the company and inform then that you wish to terminate any agreement you had with them (this will stop them legally taking any more money from your bank). Tell them you want your money back as you are not happy with the way they have conducted themselves in this matter. Let them know that your bank has been informed and they will get involved after 30 days. And also let them know that you will take matters further if you have to. I wish you luck and if you get your money back let others know.
