I signed up with Anchorhouse Financial one year ago to try and find a place to live in San Diego, CA. I tried to use their program to buy a foreclosed property, but did not get any response to the letters I sent out. They have a money back guarantee that if their program does not work, they will refund the $199 investment. I did not receive any response to the program, and wrote them a letter to ask for a refund. They claim that they cannot get my money back because I need a minimum of 5 denial letters from property owners facing foreclosure. I did not get any denial letters, the program did not work, and I cannot get my money back.
