A MAN ADVERTISED A 3BDRM HOUSE FOR 1200.00 IN MALDEN MA ON CRAIGSLIST BOSTON. WHEN I EMAILED HIM ABOUT THE PLACE IT SEEMED PRETTY HARMLESS AT FIRST. THEN I DROVE PAST THE HOUSE AND REALIZED THAT IT HAD A FOR SALE SIGN IN FRONT OF IT. WHEN ASKED ABOUT IT HE SAID IT USE TO BE BUT NOT ANYMORE. THEN I FOUND THE HOUSE ON A REALTY SITE AND THE INFORMATION WAS UPDATED AS OF THAT DAY. HE SAID HE WAS WORKING IN AFRICA SO COULDNT GO SHOW ME THE PLACE. I CALLED HIM OUT ON HIS BLUFF AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. DONT FALL FOR THIS GUY HE IS A SCAM ARTIST.
