This site is for computer donations. It asks for your name, address, phone number, and old computer that you are donating, saying they will contact you. They did not contact us at all and a couple days later, there was a strange charge to our debit card.

You failed to mention that they asked and you gave them your debit card number?
This seems like an amazing way to extort money from honest companies.
It is not magic! Your debit card will not magically come to people.
I welcome you to forward actual, verifiable proof to our offices within 10 business days.
Since we both know already that you have none, and are committing a crime by attempting to extort money for the removal of this fraudulent complaint we will contact the proper authorities and use the power of the subpoena to find out who and where you are.
And we were not the second gunman in the "grassy knoll" nor did we take anyone's Lucky Charms!
A way to spread lies on the Internet unless you want to pay...
