Since August27,2004 , Select Portfolio has been charging me for a mortage that was paid .I discovered last March '11, that according to the Lenoir County Register Of Deeds ,the mortage is cancelled and satisfied .
I inherited the property located at (Personal Info Removed). It belonged to my father McKinley Coward , who died in 2000. I have paid it since his death .
The loan number on the Certificate Of Satisfaction is ,9331001518 .
The certificate was signed by a Juanita Jennatta who was the vice president of Wachovia B ank , of Delaware .

The amount owes is about 40,000 , not 21,
