Since October 2011 I had bid on several small items. The shipping was always late, and I always had to send a coment to support about the items not being delivered after a month. I finally rec'd 2 of my orders, one shortly before x-mas, and another significantly after, but the items did come. I was interested in a playstation3, and purchased a large bid pack to get it.

Now everything I had won/purchased since 10 DEC 2011 has been "canceled." Also, The $ has not been returned to my credit card, and I have $149 in bids left on a website "auctioning" items I wouldn't consider purchasing anyway.

Two attempts at contacting customer service have resulted in no results or feedback. If a class action suit is started, I wouldn't mind notification. I suspect a bankruptcy in the very near future though...
