Premier company operated unethically/ illegally? with me.

I received the card, used it a minimum number of times over a month for approximately $200.
My first bill was due on Sunday.

On Friday, two days before my bill was due, I called Premier company to pay my balance.
No option to talk to a live person, could only get a recording that said my payment would not be processed until Monday...the day after it was due. At 49% interest, $100 dollars in late fees.

Three days to process a payment? Even when they are open over the weekend? They have some interesting tricks to get their hands on that 49% interest.

While I was debating this event for a week or so, they reported it to Experian the next month. When I finally managed to get a live person on the phone at Premier, she refused the withdraw the report to Experian even after I told her the situation.

I again made an attempt to pay in full by the next due date, and again was only given the option of a recording saying that my payment would not be processed until AFTER the due date.

In addition, my credit report stated falsely that my account had been closed at MY request even though I had never been able to get a live person at their end. All within the space of a 2 months from beginning to end.
