  • I emailed [email protected] it took a couple of days for them to reply. They said they have now cancelled my account, but can't get any money back! I took it up with my credit card company and this group is well known to them.

  • Just wanted to say i phoned revitaderm and cancelled the subscription I didn't sign up for!! The lady (Josephine) was abrupt, rude and wasn't bothered and even tried to offer me 75% off future monthly subscriptions (cheeky wotsit, I couldn't believe it!!). They maintained that I couldn't have a refund as there were terms and conditions on their website - although usually you are directed to read and accept terms but not with these guys! I followed up with an email to confirm my cancellation as I didn't receive their promised cancelation email! After half an hour trying to reason with these guys, they did say that they would send me 3 free bottles/jars of the products - I'm not holding my breath! They should be reported to WatchDog!

  • I have lost approx $188.00 to these 'shiseters'. Apparently the 'terms and conditions' are in a seperate link that you are not automatically taken to when signing up, how convenient and sneaky is that?? I emailed their support address 1 month ago to cancel the subscription but then received another two jars this month and upon checking my bank account (one that I rarely use and only keep a small amount of money in) found that this account was now in debit and I was being charged late fees by the bank!!! I emailed the support address for this company again to complain and cancel and this morning have received a reply advising me that they never received my initial email to cancel but would now cancel the subscription. I have had to cancel the bankcard that they were debiting just to make sure they have no way of taking my money, total inconvenience to me! I now have these products that I will not use on principal, and for goodness sake!, I have never spent $77 on a jar of moisturiser in my life!! I would really like to get my money back but think I will have to put this one down to 'internet buying experience'. I have been left feeling angry and taken advantage of, none of this of course does any good to my frown lines that I will rub my normal $25 moisturiser into!!!

  • If anyone is looking for their address you can find it here in the emails I have received from them. It is interesting that their company seeems to be based in the UK but their emails come from Hong Kong. I emailed [email protected]. I hope this info helps.
    Dear Customer,

We thank you for your email.

As per your request, we have cancelled your subscriptions, as from today, you will no longer be billed.

Concerning your refund, unfortunately we cannot proceed with your request. We have not received any e-mails from you after 1/25/2012 requesting cancellation.

Please allow us to explain how our program works. By placing your order for one of our products you accepted the terms and conditions of our free-trial offer.

You subscribed to a 30-day supply of each product ordered for which you had a free-trial period that began at the time of your order. You had until the end of the trial, which differs for each product, to cancel your subscription. You would have only then been responsible for the shipping costs.

Not cancelling your subscription within the allocated free-trial period resulted in the billing of the full amount of Perfect Radiance and RevitaDerm.

Please find below the links to the Terms and Conditions of our products:
