This is the message I sent them yesterday and I still haven't had any reply..................i have not been sent a Premium Coupon Code for filesmonster............what is going on !! ....I sent you this message yesterday 6th /2/12.....as well as many more messages asking for someone to let me know what is happening about my order...you have ignored all my messages ...I now give you two hours to sort this mess out.......then I'll demmand my money back... . also I'll report you to the internet fraud squad...and fill in a Scam report .... which will then be displayed all over the internet...for all to see.........................
I still haven't had any kind of reply what so ever.....Thank You

When visiting their site on July 25th to buy a premium account of D., the following happened. At first I was tempted to get an account for 6 months (shorter period was not possible with the chosen paying method - stupid, I never should allow that to happen in the first place, but anyway). Next the transfer of the
money was completed successfully, but back on their site I then immediately got an error message. Then all of my personal data and the transaction itself were wiped out, except for the money of course (€ 42,-): that indeed was debited from my bank account.
After this fraudulent mess I wrote them 2 e-mails, but the only answer I got was a confirmation of receiving them...
This site, the people behind it, should be banned from the internet (if such thing were possible), or at least be prosecuted.
