A payment of $3.06(AUS) first came out on 4th JAN for free trial, tablets didn't arrive until 1st of FEB, checked credit card statement and a payment of $95.19(AUS), had been taken out on 20th JAN for remaining balance of the free trial. No invoice was enclosed with the tablets nor any instructions or contact details. Looked up website on the bottle www.bioslimforyou.com and found a phone number for Sydney (02 91912796), an automated system asked what language I wanted, selected ENGLISH, connected to "Customer service rep" who when asked if she was in Sydney said no was in Utah, USA. Had said that because they hadn't heard from me within a 3 week period that remaining balance had been taken out for "FREE" trial...(hmmm 3 weeks for a month trial???, thought a month was 4 weeks last time I checked). They Said that another payment had been taken on 7th FEB and had been despatched just yesterday, could not be stopped. When asked if could refund, said no only take back expired or damaged products. Gave me a cancellation order number, and said that future payments would be stopped, as a percaution i will be ringing my bank and seeing if they can block payments if no, as other complaints suggest will be cancelling my card. As other complaints state I dont usually do these sorts of things, did say to people sounds to good to be true, turns out it was. I also got back on the internet to check out terms and conditions from ad in which ordered from, but websites had couldn't find site. SCAMMED!
