I ordered the trial which was delivered way late and was charged for the product prior to the trial period being over. There was no information included as to returning or stopping product from shipping. I just received another package, again no information included. I was also charged for this package prior to receiving it. Does anyone know how to stop this madness?

- Kerstin, try calling 1-877-498-1950. You will be on hold for awhile but I got through and was able to cancel. Now just waiting for the credit I was promised. Will see. Like you the product came in a small envelope with no shipping or return information in it. I got the number from my bank
