Checked my BoA online today and noticed a charge of $39.96 "processing". The descriptor says "CHECKCARD EASTCGHELP.COM 8669314303 ON 02/07/2012"
If you go to the website it just reeks of scam. They say to have your information ready to locate the transaction in the system. They want you to think that the whole website is set up for handling customer service errors for a "Health & Beauty" products company. I know it's a scam because I was charged by the customer service site rather than any legitimate online shopping site.
