I ordered Vitaderm & Aquamist trial sizes and was charged for shipping, that was to be it....however; on 2/6 my bank account was charged $79.99 and $74.99..which I hadn't authorized..I called the company Vitamist/Aquamist on 2/7 as soon as the name appeared on my account to see where those charges came from. I looked up the site (which was hard to find one in the US) and called them (1-888-513-9408) and was told that since they hadn't heard from me they ASSUMED that I wanted a shipment sent. Now it's hard to stop something when you've NEVER received the product in the first place...I was told that they couldn't give me a refund..but; they'd be glad to send me..4 jars of both products..since I hadn't really ordered anything to start with!!!! Sounds fishy don't you think?? I was told by them that they had sent the trial sizes, and that maybe they got lost in the mail?? Easy way to sidestep their deceit..by the way, this was ordered on 1/15/12. Seems to me that they have a really good scam going and no concern for either their customers/consumers. I just thought that their practice was VERY wrong and that all should be warned.
