bought an item advertised on tv and was unaware of any thing else that was going to be taken from my account no warning from these thieves who take liberties, of peoples god nature well we have contacted the company and applied for a refund they first told us we should have done something or other but after threatening with them with an investigative action in there company they agreed to pay the money back. well we will see i shudder the thought of the amount of money that these company's are making from innocent people if you think that these company's are robin you call them on 08001077333
