Complaint 70565 Details

I ordered 7 items from Lightake in December 2011. After weeks with no package or tracking number, I e-mailed them. They said that only part of my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number.
My package finally came at the end of January with 4 items. However, they had sent me the wrong items. I had ordered 2 phonestraps and 1 figure, and they instead sent 2 figures and 1 phonestrap. All three were dirty and the white cat figure was damaged. It's face had ink all over it. I e-mailed customer support and finally received a response asking if I would accept a coupon. I replied that no I could not use the wrong item and that they were damaged. No reply. I opened a paypal dispute and finally got a reply. This time, they said that they would send replacements. This was followed by an e-mail asking for photo proof of the damage. I sent photo proof and got a reply saying that they would send two items after I closed the Paypal dispute! But I was missing 3 items, and 3 others were defective and the missing items were not addressed at all! I would advise NEVER ordering from this site. I checked the forum and there are numerous complaints. I even tried to post reviews, but they were not approved!
