I ordered the trial offer. After entering all my details, a screen came up stating that they were sorry but they were not able to process my order at this time and to try again later. I tried 2 more times with the same message appearing. I later found out that they sent the product to me and charged my credit card the shipping and handling fee. I now have to pay to ship the product back in order to cancel all other orders. Oh and this needs to be done within 14 days. I never recieved a confirmation email stating that the order did process. Customer service was not helpful. When I explained the problem I was asked why I did not check my credit card right away and call them to make sure it did or did not go through. Did not think I had to when that message came up that it could not be processed at this time. Customer service blamed my computer for the message and not the website! Buyer beware! Learn from my error!
