A Bitanny Terry advertised Siberian husky pups for adoption "free to good home" in Brisbane. Was told only had to pay $200 transport fee plus $35 transfer fee. A couple of days passed getting emails from "rocket pet transport" first saying the pup was in Victoria but needed to pay a further $750 + $60 transfer fees due to the pup needing anti-pressure needles for the flight. Next night comes along saying the pup was at the Brisbane airport waiting to be transported. Called and complained along with asking questions asking why it was in Victoria then Brisbane when it come from Brisbane no answer to why. The night the pup was meant to be delivered I received an email saying the pup was in Newcastle NSW but wasn't able to continue transport due to crate not being up to standard for transport so I had to pay a further $300 + $35 transfer fee for a new crate. Pup was meant to be delivered last night at 8:30pm called the company at 9:30pm questioning where it is and was told 7am today the pup would be delivered. It's now 4:05pm and still no pup. No emails and no one will answer my calls or respond to my emails.Please Be careful with where you get puppies from and who they travel with.
