My bank's fraud alert called me to review charges to my credit card to see if they were authorized. Vita Derm had charged my card $79.99 and Aqua Lift charged $74.99.
Since I did not receive any paperwork with the sample product, I felt I would receive a follow-up e-mail from the companies asking if I was happy with the sample. Ah, that would be a perfect world!
I called and protested and was told, sorry, you should have read the fine print before you ordered the FREE TRIAL.
Called the customer service for my card for the fraud department and Tom got me a 50% refund to my card with a confirmation number. He will suspend interest and watch to see the credit is applied within 7 days.
