I sold my 1999 Chevrolet silverado z71 pick up truch to this dealership do to my wife and I had somethings that needed to be paid and did,nt have enough money to do so.It is the 2nd vehicle they bought from us and on the 1st one they were great.I was hoping my income tax statement would come before I had to do that but it came the next day so I called the Car Storee up and told them I would like to buy back my pick up truck and whe price was way higher than they told me it was worth in book value.When they bought it from me they told me the book value was $5800.00 and the banks or loan co,s would only go on a loan at book value.I took the truck there and he still said beside over the phone they would give me $4000.00 for it.Well a few minintes later he took my pick up back in their garage for about 10 min.and came back and said $3800.00 is all they can give me and needing the money I took their offer even knowing I did,nt want to.Back to when I called them back to say I wanted to buy it back I asked said 7696.25 and I said thats outrageous and he asked what I could put down and I said $500.00 to maybe $1000.00 so with the dn.money it should have drop the price to $7196.25 or $6696.25 well thedown money was actually added to the price of the truck which means the total price on the truck now came to $8696.25 which is $2896.25 over car book value and $3,896.25 over what they gave me for it and they only had it a few days there.There was 1 thing I know had to be replaced on it and that was a left front wheel sensor which I told them about but after he came out of the garage with it he said his mechanics said it also needed a l-frt wheel bearing and and oxy sensor that why he dropped the buying price to $3800.00.I did get it back and he took my info and within 5 min.I was approved and the total loan with finance charges came to$11,297.58 which he very high for buying a 1999 P/u.My wife did file a complaint with the better bussiness bureau online and she seen they hay complaints filed againt them already so now we added one to it.I need your help in doing whatever legal steps we need to take to get this buy back and also the car store to follow the legal steps to operate a bussiness so people do not get ripped off that go in there to buy.I need my purchase nd dealings made right.I did think on this a week and at most I should have only had to pay what the book value for the vehicle is lised at and no more.I have been looking at 1999 p/u in the papers and local advertising books and all that other dealers have and at most in the range of $5,000 they ask for them and they have up to 2002 to 2004 for less than what they charged me to get the one I sold them back so where is the legality in this.I will stop with this now but I will list my info on here so yous have it if needed.Thanks
