Free 2 week trial. Must cancel subscription via customer service to avoid charges: All forms of customer service non existent. 24/7 Telephone numbers not connected. Customer service 'live chat' busy or out of order. No reply from Email support.
Long story short, there is no customer service to cancel subscription, thus forever charging my credit card.

After billing me once against my wish, they have responded to my second email. I have now successfully canceled my account.
