This host provider is the worst, just last week, 1st February 2012, all the sites went down, the online support claims there was a major server maintenance to avoid the racks crashing, well every time you inquire, you are told to "Your patience and cooperation is required, our admin are looking into it, or you are told, we have n intermittent network failure.." I have now given up and have to start building all my sites from scratch, luckily I had just made all the databases back up, it was just instinct... I am still waiting for the server to be up, it is now 6th february 2012 and still I have to keep waiting for the server update... What a waste...
