i was going to school like 3 years ago and never apply for a school loan called : sallie mae. so when i file my tax return on the 19th of jan, 2012 the tax people say i was going to get my money(the whole thing) on feb.1st 2012 but haven't receive it at all so now it a delay on people tax return but when i called to see how my refund is doing it say the irs is holding my refund of a school loan that i never apply for.now i cannt they would not give me my money and i really need the money to pay off past due bills and stuff. so i called the h &r block card to see why my money didnt come at all they say i was going to get it on that day but nothing so i waited for the next day still nothing and i called up the same people and they say the same thing over and over again they told me to call irs but it giving me the same voice message over over again but cannt give me the operater to talk to them about my tax refund.
what should i do to get my whole tax refund? i never even receive a sallie mae bill from them that i never even apply for just when i file for my tax refund and it just pop up from nowhere just like that
