On my US Cellular bill for January 2012 there was a charge for $9.99 for a subscription to Silicon Group. Never made any request or responded to a stop text. Tried to call the phone # on the bill and it is constantly busy. Googled it and got to this site. Called my carrier and they cancelled the subscription. Blocked any premium messaging for the lines.
