I was sent a link to a coaching program that I took an assessment for. Then I received an email from Joey Montez who stated he was a partner to discuss my signing up for the program which was an online program for $1997. Then he upsold me into a $7500 coaching program that was a 90 day program with Joey Smith of Internet Marketing in Altlanta. The program wa supposed to be coaching by Joey Smith to set up an internet marketing business and a weekend in Atlanta with a mastermind and a group of JV partners. Unfortunately,I was told if i paid up front I could have it for $5000 and if I deposited in his Bank of America account I would get the last open spot. Joey stayed on the phone with me while I did this. He said he wanted to see if I could follow thru. I started the program and Joey Smith would never answer my concerns or questions I was supposed to do what he told me to get the result. I started asking for a refund and then he said we do not give refunds. You just need to do the work. Then i was told there would be no weekend and he would extend the coaching. i said I wanted a refund. He continued to harass me everytime I sent an email and would never address the refund. Then he sent his "refund policy" which of course had to be done with in 30 days. But he had dragged it out so my 30 days were up. Then he threatened that he would put me on a list on the internet so no other internet marketers would sell to me... I could go on and on with his abuse and taking advantage. I finally spoke to Joey Montez and he said that he could not help me as he had signed a confidentiality agreement so he could walk away and not have any liablity. He did tell me that I was scammed and do were others.
